Hearthstone BakeryCafe’s version of the traditional Cuban sandwich. First, we gently warm thinly sliced ham and slowly braised, hand-pulled pork. We dress them with tangy mustard, sliced pickles, and a non-traditional cilantro-mayo for an extra twang. Top it all off with melted Swiss cheese, close it up inside an artisan ciabatta roll, and sear it in a panini press…yum!
