How To Order
Call our catering concierges at (210) 826-5668 between 8 AM & 2 PM Monday through Friday...or make an online order request and we will get back to you promptly during normal business hours.
We request that all orders be placed at least 48 hours or 2 business days in advance to ensure availability.
Minimum order amount for deliveries within the greater San Antonio area is $200 for lunch and $300 for breakfast with no delivery fees (gratuities are also appreciated but optional).

Large Groups & Volume Discounts
The Box Lunch Guys by Hearthstone can accommodate groups from 10 to 10,000 (we just ask for a little more notice on the bigger ones). Also, ask about our volume discounts for groups of 50 or more!
Serving Options & Additional Charges
Rather have your food served on trays...no problem...same price! Just ask and we’ll make it so.
Want trays of sandwiches only? $3 off box price.
Gluten Free boxes and brown bags available for $4 more.
Delivery Order Changes
Delivery is also available...however, to ensure our on time guarantee we cannot change delivery orders later than 1 PM for next day delivery.
