Additional Event Amenities
Private events have access to audiovisual equipment, including a 75-inch HDTV with HDMI connectivity and Bluetooth audio.
Black linens are provided for food buffet tables. Additional linens, alternative colors, and upgraded options may be arranged for an additional charge.
Event Pricing & Minimum Requirements
Hearthstone Event Center offers private event reservations with no separate room rental or facility fees. Instead, reservations require a minimum food and beverage purchase based on the day, time, and duration of your event.
Private reservations are generally unavailable between 11 AM and 2 PM. Please contact us for special requests. Saturday evening reservations require a minimum of three hours.
For example, a two-hour afternoon event would require a minimum food and beverage purchase of $450.
A 20% service fee and applicable sales tax are additional. The service fee covers event setup, staffing, service, and cleanup and does not count toward the food and beverage minimum. Gratuities are optional.

Reservations & Event Policies
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and allow sufficient time to coordinate your event.
Private Event Reservations
Private banquet room reservations can be made up to two months in advance and require at least 7 days' notice. Reservations for the entire Event Center require at least 15 days' notice.
A deposit equal to the first-hour food and beverage minimum is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are refundable up to seven days before your event and are applied toward your final bill.
Events extending more than 20 minutes beyond their reserved ending time will be charged for an additional hour.
Non-Private Group Reservations
Groups of fewer than 10 guests do not require reservations and are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
For groups of 10–20 guests, advance table reservations may be available with at least three days' notice, up to one month in advance. Reserved tables are available until 11:30 AM, subject to availability.
Groups of 20 or more may arrange advance meal orders to help expedite service. Preorders require payment at least 24 hours in advance.
